I’ve been continuing to try to cut down on my library check outs in favor of reading my stack of review books. However, audiobooks don’t count, since I consume them in a different way, and I managed to bring home two of the audiobooks I’d been coveting for a while.

Beauty Queens by Libba Bray

I absolutely loved Going Bovine last year, so when I heard about this book I knew I needed to read it.

Teen beauty queens. A “Lost”-like island. Mysteries and dangers. No access to email. Oh, the horror, the horror! Only funnier. With evening gowns. And a body count.

The Last Werewolf by Glen Duncan
I’ve heard really good things about this book, so I’m going to give it a go.
