		<description><![CDATA[You really should, it&#039;s crazy scary how bad some of this stuff is for you! The documentary looks at several different perspectives and in addition to effectively freaking you out, it provides solutions to this food poisoning we&#039;re essentially experiencing here. And yes, it&#039;s very much a rigged industry to both get/keep you addicted as well as making it much easier for you to buy the crappy stuff as opposed to the food stuff. I try to shop organic and local when I can, but it does make it tougher to do so when money&#039;s tight.

I definitely look forward to reading this book though and it&#039;s great to have that awareness!]]></description>
