It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? #52

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? is a weekly meme hosted by Sheila at Book Journey meant to highlight books you read in the past week, and what you’re planning on reading this week.

This last week was busy, even though it was a short work week for me. I slept a ton last night, and a goodly amount of today. I guess I needed it.

I’m still interested in finding somebody to room with for Tuesday night of BEA. If you have a room that could squeeze one more person into for one night, please let me know! Otherwise, I’ll likely just spend half a day at BEA this year since I can’t afford to stay a full night by myself.

Finished:
Caring is Creepy by David Zimmerman
The Truth of All Things by Kieran Shields
The Immortal Rules by Julie Kagawa

Continuing to read:
11/22/63 by Stephen King

Hoping to finish:
Inheritance by Christopher Paolini (audiobook)
Grow Up by Ben Brooks
Waiting by Carol Lynch Williams

What are your reading plans this week?

  1. Carol Lynch Williams is a great author – I read “The Chosen One” by her and was really surprised by how much it sucked me in!

Happy Reading this week! It’s Monday! What Are YOU Reading??

    • Audrey Audrey says:

Yeah, I read The Chosen One too and really enjoyed it. Waiting is written in verse, so it’s pretty different, but it’s still sucking me in.

  2. Amy says:

I’ve never heard of Waiting or its author, but a novel in verse always attracts me. Must check this one out.

  3. Kristin T. says:

I haven’t read any of your books – will be looking forward to reading your reviews to see if they are my type of books.

    Have a great week!

  4. Having trouble concentrating this week. I am waiting for the phone to ring to announce my new grandbaby is arriving, lol.

    Have a great week!!

  5. Allison says:

It seems that a lot of people are reading 11/22/63 lately and I haven’t even heard of it prior to today! :/ Looks like a book worth checking out. :)

    • Audrey Audrey says:

I’ve been held up on it because it’s so long and the book kept getting recalled back to the library. I’m now waiting on the audiobook to come in so I can start listening :-)

  6. Michelle says:

Oh, I had almost forgotten that I had 11/22/63 on my Nook! Thanks for the reminder!
