It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? #28

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? is a weekly meme hosted by Sheila at Book Journey meant to highlight books you read in the past week, and what you’re planning on reading this week.

Good reading week here! And today is Halloween! Happy Halloween everybody!

Last week was very strange weather-wise. I drove home from my community band rehearsal on Thursday night in a snow storm, and it snowed for about 12 hours yesterday night into early this morning. Hopefully the snow will stay away for a little while now, so the trees can finally finish changing their colors. Strange autumn this year, guys.

Finished:
Dead of Night by Jonathan Maberry
Curse of the Wendigo by Rick Yancey (audiobook)
Deadly Treats: Halloween Tales of Mystery, Magic, and Mayhem, edited by Anne Frasier

Beginning/continuing to read:
Inside Scientology: The Story of America’s Most Secretive Religion by Janet Reitman — this one is taking me FOREVER
Those Across the River by Christopher Buehlman

Hoping to finish:
Dark Inside by Jeyn Roberts
Zone One by Colson Whitehead
The Iron Knight by Julie Kagawa

What are you reading this week? What are you dressing as tonight for Halloween? I want to know! Leave me a comment :-)

I need to start Those Across the River. Hope you’re enjoying it.

You had quite a few nice reads for Halloween! I checked out Those Across the River as a library download, but I forgot about it and it expired. Oops.
